Our Design-Build Process

Meet

Our first step is to learn your vision, goals, and how you want to live in your space. Our experienced designers will dive deep into your needs while keeping affordability in mind.

Measure

Our team conducts a very thorough and specific inspection of the project to ensure every aspect is addressed. Specifications are made detailing everything the project will include. Conceptualized drawings are created based on accumulated findings.

Estimate

A transparent estimate of pricing is developed based off of approved specifications. A contract is drafted, reviewed, and signed, and the project officially begins.

Predesign

We'll handle acquiring all of the necessary permits while you meet with the designer to finalize selecting and ordering of resources.

Construction

Teams are mobilized to begin construction. All phases of construction undergo constant monitoring to ensure quality control and timeline adherence.

Sign-Off

After construction, we address any final punch list items and review warranty information, which includes our industry-leading 15-year structural warranty, 5-year warranty for non-structural, a 90-day issue resolution policy, and an 11-month check-in to ensure 100% satisfaction.
